At Argos Terra LLC, we work hard to ensure every order is processed quickly, securely, and delivered with care.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states where permitted by law.

Carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Argos Terra LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit once handed off to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will do our best to help.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Argos Terra LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may vary by country and local regulations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly.
